How soon will my order ship?

I’m working quickly to get your goodies out the door! 💕 Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Info: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see tracking after 3–5 business days, feel free to email me at lipscoopz@gmail.com



What’s your refund policy?

All sales are FINAL once shipped. No refunds.

Refunds are only available for orders that haven’t shipped yet. Once your package is in transit, I can’t offer returns or refunds for hygiene and safety reasons. If you have any concerns, please reach out at lipscoopz@gmail.com—I’m always happy to help!


Oops! I entered the wrong address—can I fix it?

No stress—we all slip up sometimes! 😅 You have 24 hours to correct your shipping address by emailing me at lipscoopz@gmail.com

After 24 hours, I won’t be able to make changes, and refunds won’t be issued. Please double-check your info at checkout to make sure your glosses land at the right door!
